SUPPORT FOR ATTORNEYS

social media & osint research

Open-source intelligence (OSINT) and social media research is conducted to identify publicly available information relevant to litigation, background development, and case evaluation. Research may include identifying online profiles, associations, location indicators, and activity patterns, with findings documented objectively and preserved in a manner suitable for attorney review and potential evidentiary use

WITNESS development & interviews

Identifying and developing witnesses often requires persistence, access, and effective interpersonal engagement. Investigative efforts focus on locating witnesses and parties and establishing sufficient rapport to obtain accurate, voluntary statements relevant to the matter at hand. This may include conducting interviews in a variety of settings, including correctional facilities, residences, workplaces, or other field environments. Statements and investigative findings are documented clearly and objectively to support attorney review, discovery, and case preparation.

family LAW & DOMESTIC matters

Palafox PI supports attorneys in family law matters where objective, fact-based information is required to evaluate custody, support, or alimony modification issues. Investigative findings may assist counsel in assessing living arrangements, employment circumstances, and the existence of supportive relationships relevant to court-ordered obligations. All work is conducted with discretion and documented clearly to support attorney review, discovery considerations, and case strategy.

background investigations

Background investigations are conducted to develop accurate, defensible profiles relevant to litigation and case evaluation. Efforts may incorporate proprietary investigative databases, license plate reader (LPR) data, reverse image analysis, and advanced analytical tools. Findings are verified, interpreted, and organized to distinguish relevant information from noise, including careful review of criminal history, arrest records, and related public filings

surveillance

Surveillance is conducted to document observable conduct and conditions relevant to litigation and case strategy. Investigative efforts are tailored to defined legal objectives, including assessing credibility, documenting activity patterns, and identifying circumstances such as supportive relationships or cohabitation that may be relevant to family law or civil matters. All surveillance is performed lawfully and discreetly, with findings documented through clear, time-stamped video and written reporting suitable for attorney review and potential evidentiary use

process serving

Certified process serving is provided within Florida’s First Judicial Circuit, including service of summonses, subpoenas, and related legal process. Rush and challenging service requests can be accommodated as circumstances require. Service is handled with direct oversight and attention to detail, rather than through high-volume national service models, ensuring accurate documentation and rule-compliant service.
